NYARS: National Youth Affairs Research Scheme
NYARS is a cooperative arrangement between the Federal Government and the State, Territory governments to facilitate nationally-based research into current social, political and economic factors affecting young people. NYARS produces a series of research reports known as NYARS reports.
How to obtain NYARS Reports:
NYARS reports are available free of charge from the FaHCSIA website (Australian Government, Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs) in PDF format.
Each Australian state/territory has a NYARS representative. For details contact the federal government, Youth Bureau.
Some of those older reports (pre-2004) are still available for purchase from ACYS.
